Arrival & Dismissal

Drop Off Procedure:

  • Scholars can be dropped off as early as 7:45 am by using the car loop next to the Cafetorium on Wesconnett Blvd.

  • Scholars will report immediately to the Cafetorium and will wait for morning dismissal at 8:05 am

  • The car rider gate will be closed at 8:15 am and tardy scholars will need to report to the front office for a tardy pass

  • Extended day is available from 7:00 am – 8:00 am (registration information is available
    in the front office

Pick Up Procedure:

  • 6th grade scholars will be picked up using the car loop next to the Cafetorium on Wesconnett Blvd. (if your scholar is not in the car pick up line at the time of your arrival, you will be asked to move to the end of the line)

  • 7th and 8th grade scholars will be picked up on 105th Street (parked cars stay to the right)

  • At 4:00 pm scholars who have not been picked up will be escorted to the front office.

  • Parents must report to the front office to sign out their scholar after 4:00 pm.

  • A late pick up fee will apply.


Rainy Day Procedure:


  • If we are experiencing bad weather (rain, lightning, etc) at the time of dismissal, all scholars will report to the Cafetorium and wait for their number to be called.

  • All scholars (6th-8th) will be picked up using the car loop next to the Cafetorium on Wesconnett Blvd.

  • Please have your car pick up number clearly displayed (if you do not have your number please report to the front office to pick up your scholar)

  • Thank you in advance for your patience as we work diligently to get your scholar home safe and sound in the most efficient way possible.
